Artist Rehaman Patel honoured with Ravindranath Tagore National Award

Kalaburagi: Noted artist and researcher Rehaman Patel has been honoured with Ravindranath Tagore National Award 2023 on Thursday through Google meet. The award was presented by Bhopal-based National Artist Association.

Patel is one among four artists to receive this reputed award for his contribution in the field of art and research. Patel is widely known for his socio-cultural paintings and Deccan history, art and architecture research articles.

Association founder Ankur Painter, National President Rakesh Jair, Secretary Lakhan Lal Azad, artist Bivas Kumar Sinha and many others were present at the Google meeting while conferring the award.
