Amitabh Bachchan COVID-19 Test Negative Back to Home

New Delhi: Minutes before Amitabh Bachchan shared his health update, Abhishek announced the news about his father’s negative reports on Twitter and in a separate tweet, shared that he has again tested positive for the virus and he will remain in the hospital till he gets recovered. “I, unfortunately, due to some comorbidities remain COVID-19 positive and remain in hospital. Again, thank you all for your continued wishes and prayers for my family. Very humbled and indebted. I’ll beat this and come back healthier! Promise,” wrote Abhishek Bachchan.

Abhishek’s wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan also tested positive and was isolated at home, the actor revealed on July 12. Aishwarya was moved to hospital a week later and discharged on July 27. Amitabh Bachchan’s wife Jaya Bachchan tested negative.
