AICTE gives approval for the BBA and BCA courses offered by the Sharnbasva University along with extention of approval to other courses
KALABURAGI; The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has given its approval for two undergraduate courses including the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Computer Application (B CA) for the academic year 2024-25. The AICTE for the first time from this academic year had brought the BBA and BCA courses offered by the educational institutions under its purview and made it mandatory for getting AICTE approval for running these courses.
Vice Chancellor of the Sharnbasva University Dr Anilkumar Bidve in a press release issued in Kalaburagi city on Saturday said that bringing the BBA and BCA courses under the AICTE ambit would largely benefit the students to avail all the benefits offered to the students by the AICTE including the scholarship, internships, assistance for the placement, fellowship and other benefits. BCA and BBA are one among the most popular courses sought after by the students in the University with a total intake of 360 seats in the BBA an 270 seats in the BCA.
Dr Bidve said that along with the approval for admission to the BCA and BBA courses, the AICTE has also renewed approval for other undergraduate and post graduate technical and management courses coming under its purview for the academic year 2024-25.
