India no longer buys these weapons equipment: Defense Minister
NEW DELHI: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday announced that the import of 101 devices will be banned in order to increase the production of defense materials in the country.
It is clear that the Modi government is now ready to promote the domestic defense industry by banning the import of 101 defense equipment.
According to the defense minister, the list includes artillery ranging from assault rifle to assault rifle. The government says it could increase its numbers in the coming time.
