BWSSB  warns customers to regularize water connections.

Bangalore : BWSSB has recently inspected  and found the unauthorized water and sewer connections in the areas and especially the sewer line, which had been cut off. However, many building owners have not applied through online to regularize   the unauthorized connections that have been cut so far.

If the application is submitted through online to regularize the connections,  the connection will be immediately sanctioned by the board without leving any penalty excluding for  the buildings for which prorata charges applicable.

the owners of such buildings,  for which the sewer line have already been cut off,  will be liable to be fined according to the BWSSB Act. Further the complaint will be lodged at BMTF, if not  regularized  the connections by 30.11.2020 says official Press Release.
