Demand of SIT Investigation, Arrest of Accused & Death Penalty, One Crore Compensation for Bihar Nirbhaya

KALABURAGI: Today, Knows Your Rights Association Gulbarga Karnataka has submitted memorandum through Deputy Commissioner of Kalaburagi to the Hon’ble President of India, the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Bihar & the Hon’ble DGP of Bihar in regard of Brutal Killing of Nirbhaya by setting her on fire alive pouring kerosene oil on her for resisting sexual harasment by 3 Accused in Rasulpur, Vaishali, Bihar.

We Knows Your Rights Association Team has strongly demanded the Death penalty to all the Accused, SIT Investigation under Woman IPS/IAS Officer Supervision, Criminal Action against Police Officials for delaying to lodge an FIR by violating SC Guidelines & Inaction against Accused, One Crore Compensation & Govt. Job to the Victim Family Member & Police Protection to the victim family until Disposal of the Case.
