Sharnbasva University Alumni Assocation inaugurated
KALABURAGI; An atmosphere of bonhomie prevailed in the main campus of the Sharnbasva University with the old students of the University brushing shoulders with their old friends and acquaintances to share their joys and experiences at the first Alumni Meat and the inauguration of the Sharnbasva University Alumni Association in Kalaburagi city on Friday.
One of the highlights of the inaugural function was that each and every alumni of the University who had converged at the Doddappa Appa Auditorium were felicitated with a shawl and a memorable memento to remember the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, an Alumni of the University and working as the Team Lead in the Accenture Ms Sanjana Ainapur recalled her four years in the main campus as an engineering student and recalled the beautiful memories of staying in the hostel and sharing joys with fellow students. She said that her success in the professional career was due to the quality education provided in the university. Ms Ainapur thanked her teachers for all the success achieved in her professional life.
President of the newly formed Alumni Association Dr Sharanamma Nisty, who is also an alumni of the University profusely thanked her teachers in the University for acquiring new skills in the hospital management as the first batch student of the Hospital Management course in the faculty of Business Studies.
Mr Dawood Ali, working as Senior Administrator in the United Hospital, running a chain of hospitals in Kalaburagi, Bengaluru and Bidar cities, said as a student of the Business Management in the University he learnt the art of good communication skills and other skills in the management. The teaching staff in the university had imbibed the culture of discipline and honesty in him.
Senior Software Engineer in ORACLE India Ms Shruti Balbhim Patil, who is also an alumni of the University expressed her gratitude to the teachers of the University for laying a firm foundation and teaching her the skills in the field of engineering which had helped her to stand firm foot in the industry and achieve some success. Mr Patil who had began her education from nursery in the educational institutions run by the Sharnabasaveshwar Vidya Vardak Sangha had completed her engineering course in the Sharnbasva University and woking in ORACLE India for the past more than five years.
Mr Doddappa Nisty, another alumni of the University also spoke on the occasion. Prominent among others who were present included Pro Vice Chancellor Prof V D Mytri, Registrar Dr Anilkumar Bidve, Dean Dr Lakshmi Patil Maka.
