Kalaburagi artists Ayazuddin and Rajshekar to exhibit their artworks at Uzbekistan
Kalaburagi: Kalaburagi-based artists Mohammed Ayazuddin Patel and Rajshekhar Shamanna are ready to fly for Tashkent, Uzbekistan to exhibit their artworks. An exhibition titled “Art on Wheel” that showcases painting and photography would be held from October 15 to 17. The exhibition will be held at Valikhodjav Gallery, Tashkent, Yakkasaray, District Abdulla Qahhor Street, 47, St Kakhhara Uzbekistan organized by SMD Foundation India in collaboration with Creative Union Uzbekistan.
According to the curator Valeriy Enin twelve artists are invited from India in that two artists from Kalaburagi are selected for a three-day exhibition and seminar. The event includes 13 days historical site study tour of Central Asia including place like Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan, Samarkand, and Bukhara.
Patel and Rajshekhar would showcase their art works on Indian Heritage and Culture particularly they focused on Kalyana Karnataka Heritage. For the first time these two artists would exhibit their paintings and photography at Central Asia. Patel works on digital mix media painting using his photography images, whereas Rajshekhar works on nature forms in acrylic colours on canvas.
