In today’s busy world where multitasking is most sought for, we here at Central University of Karnataka had prioritized the importance of a healthy state of mind, and thus had dedicated some time towards knowing mindfulness, synchronization of our body and mind and relaxation. Starting from the children to the adults, till the senior mass of our society, comes across stress in countless ways.
In such hectic times today, each one of us would agree how refreshment and leisure for oneself have become great luxuries. More than just a “me time” or the conventional refreshment, what’s paramount is how much was that leisure consumed for an in-depth healing of our stressed minds. Did we really get rid of all our weekly or monthly blues, in just that one break? Are we rejuvenated and revitalized enough for another work-week? The only answer would be, “we can never eat enough for days in just one day.”

Healing of our minds and bodies comes not over-night. Tranquility is an elixir we need to feed ourselves on a regular basis. We can divide the entire process into minute doses, by that I mean- on the way to your work or way back to home, on a journey or a business trip, observe your surroundings- the nature, the people, the environment; let your mind open and let it get used to bits. Don’t just look at what’s around you, try to consume everything that the environment has got for you. The world is beautiful, it deserves attention and so do you, as a creation of the universe.
The event was held on 8th of april, 2022 in the Central University of Karnataka, in the valuable presence of the esteemed dignitaries- hon’ble vice-chancellor, prof. battu Satyanarayana who presided the event with his inaugural speech And He Emphasis the Importance of Learning And Practicing Of Meditation And How To Keep Our Body Clean And Calm With Out Any Tension And Stress.
