World Photography Day: Deccan heritage photography displayed
KALABURAGI: A visit to Ayaz Art Gallery is seems to have a tour of world. The gallery has collections of world importance. All most all countries coins, currency, and flags are displayed permanently at this gallery.
District Kannada Sahitya Parishat President Vijaykumar Tegaltippi was speaking after inaugurating a photography exhibition of veteran photographer Mohammed Ayazuddin Patel which was organized on eve of World Photography Day organized by Ayaz Numismatic Photo Heritage Trust at Ayaz Art Gallery here on Friday.
Tegaltippi said that Ayazuddin Patel is one of the recognized photographers whose work is praised across the art world. He visited more than 36 countries and showcased his talent he added.
One more chief guest Qazi Rizwan Ur Rahman Siddiqui said that historical monuments renovations credit goes to Ayazuddin Patel. He will aware the government by capturing the ruined monuments by publishing in media. Later, which were renovated and now the monument stands is good condition due to his efforts he said.
While presiding over the function Ayazuddin Patel expressed his views and said each and every photographer has a responsibility of building nation. They should capture the situations what is going on in society in daily life.
Most of Deccan heritage photographs were on display. Among them one of National Award winning photography of Bijapur Heritage was the major attraction.
Several artists, social activists, and art teachers were present on the occasion.
