RGUHS JEEVARAKSHA FIRST ZONAL MEET
Kalaburagi; The Mahadevappa Medical College (MRMC) today inaugurated the RGUHS JEEVARAKSHA FIRST ZONAL MEET and hosted a significant step towards enhancing emergency medical training in the Kalyan Karnataka region. The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries including the Chief Guest, Member of Legislative council ShriShashil G. Namoshi, Governing Chairman of MRMC and President of Hyderabad Karnataka Education Society, and other notable guests.
The training program, which aims to equip medical professionals with advanced emergency care skills, was marked by the presence of the Secretary of Hyderabad Karnataka Education Society, ShriUdayChincholi, and the Governing Council Member of MRMC, Dr. ShivanandMelkundi. Dr. SharnagoudaPatil, Dean of Mahadevappa Medical College, and Flt lt. Dr. M.A. Balasubramanya, Managing Trustee of Jeevaraksha, along with other distinguished guests, shared their insights on the importance of emergency medical training.
The event featured a series of hands-on sessions and simulation exercises designed to enhance the practical skills of participants in managing critical situations. The collaboration of various medical colleges and the dedicated efforts of the organizing committee, led by Zonal Coordinator Dr. RavikumarKurle and Skill Lab Director Dr. VinodPrabhushetty, ensured the program’s success.
Dr Vijay BhaskarReddy, presented about recent updates in handling emeregencies, DrRamgouda spoke about the simulation way forward and DrRavikumar spoke about the skill lab research areas. This was followed by scientific paper presentation DrMahanandaMelkundi, DrKaviraj M and DrBasavakumar won the best scientific Paper award.
The inauguration concluded with a vote of thanks to all dignitaries, organizers, and participants for their contributions to the event. The ECLS training program continues to be a transformative initiative in advancing emergency medical care in the region.
